Common questions
Before you request a quote.
How much does domestic cleaning cost?
Our guide rates are £24/hour for weekly cleans, £25/hour fortnightly and £28/hour for one-off standard cleans. The minimum visit is 2.5 hours. The calculator suggests time based on the size of your home and selected tasks. FOUR confirms the hours, scope and total before booking.
Do I need to provide products and equipment?
Cleaning products are included. If you have a working vacuum and mop available, your cleaner can use them. If not, select the option for us to arrange equipment and we will confirm what the cleaner should bring before your visit.
Is a one-off standard clean the same as a deep clean?
No. Standard cleaning covers routine household tasks in the agreed time. Heavy grease, limescale, oven interiors, internal cupboards, building dust and specialist cleaning need separate scope and pricing. We can review photos for a deep-clean quote.
Can I include ironing or bedding changes?
Yes. Choose an ironing allowance and bedding changes in the calculator. These add time to the suggested visit. The bedding allowance covers up to two beds, with clean bedding supplied by you. We agree priorities before the clean.
Does the calculator book a cleaner?
No. It provides an indicative price and saves your enquiry. Your preferred day and date remain requests until FOUR confirms the scope, price, cleaner availability and booking.
What if the first clean needs longer?
Tell us about the condition and your priorities. A first visit may require additional time, particularly if the property has not been cleaned regularly. We confirm any change to hours or price before it is agreed.
Are parking or congestion charges included?
No. Any applicable parking, congestion, travel or access costs are checked and confirmed separately before you book.
Who carries out the clean?
FOUR coordinates the service and may use independent cleaning partners or subcontractors. Your booking, agreed scope and point of contact remain with FOUR. We confirm suitable cover before booking.

We arrange cleaning across London and Kent, subject to postcode and cleaner availability. Enter the full postcode so we can check your area.
